Foundry

Our company, is backed by highly sophisticated manufacturing unit and cutting edge technology which is operated and managed by highly schooled and skilled professionals which have been the core reasons for our growth, reputation and in our success. These facilities have helped us to in offering flawless range of Austenitic Steel Castings and Carbon Steel / Nickel Base Alloy Castings. Our company also possesses well-equipped manufacturing unit with high end production machines installed in it. This helps us in catering exact needs of our Customers. The total constructed surface of company is 1000 square meters, monthly production capacity 100 ton and the maximum weight per piece is 35 kg. Net.

Die Shop

A fully-equipped Die-shop with VMC duly supported by CAD/CAM Technology, Copy Die sinking machines and Electric Discharge Die sinking facilities for ensuring perfect repeatability.

Forge Shop

Equipped with Drop Hammers and Forging Presses along-with temperature controlled eco-friendly Induction Heaters.

Heat Treatment

Automated & Continuous Flow Heat-treatment Furnace designed for normalising, Isothermal Annealing, Hardening & Tempering.

Machine Shop

Fully equipped precision machine shop with VMC's & CNC's Machining / Turning Centers etc, and conventional machines. Well supported by other allied machinery.
